Our staff speak English and Thai and are at the counter around the clock, every day of the year. There is no reservations department in another city and no ticket system: the person who answers is in the building, can see which rooms are free tonight, and can walk to the parking or the cafe to check something for you while you wait on the line.
Below are the four ways to reach us, with a note on what each one is genuinely best for, so you do not email at midnight about a room you need in an hour.

Where to find us on Setthakit Road
202 34 หมู่ที่5 Setthakit Rd, Ban Suan, Chon Buri District, Chon Buri 20000, ThailandThe residence sits in Ban Suan, a short drive from central Mueang Chon Buri, with its entrance on Setthakit Road and free private parking inside the property. Arriving by car means you can pull straight in rather than looking for a space on the street; arriving by taxi or ride-hailing app means showing the driver the address, which the desk will read out in Thai over the phone if there is any confusion.
Reception is directly inside the entrance, next to Morning Star Cafe, so the first person you meet is the person holding your key. If you are arriving very late, ring ahead and we will keep an eye out for you.
